When it runs

When you start it, right after a call.

How it goes

  1. 1You add a card with your call notes, pasted or attached.
  2. 2Afarin reads them with your services, rates and past proposals in the Wiki.
  3. 3Afarin drafts the follow-up email and the proposal, and hands the proposal's copy to Jevie.
  4. 4The proposal comes back as a document you can edit and export as a Word file.
  5. 5The card waits in review. The email is a draft: you send it.

What comes back

Sample output, written for this page

Proposal: Q4 content programme for Northwind

Goal: two articles a week and one newsletter, aimed at the operations leads you named on the call. Scope: research, drafts and edits; the client's team approves every piece. Timeline: first two articles in week 2.

What you review

  • Scope and price, which only you can commit to.
  • Anything the proposal says that your notes did not.
  • The email, before you send it yourself.

What a run costs

We will publish the cost of a typical run once we have measured it in our own workspace. Until then: every run is estimated before it starts, stops at the caps you set, and shows what it cost on the card.

What it uses

  • Boards and Wiki (built in)
  • Word export (built in)

The first month

  • First proposal: you correct the structure and your rates once, in the Wiki.
  • After that: every proposal starts from that structure and your past wins.
