Your weekly client update, drafted before Monday.

A routine starts a card for each client every week. Afarin reads what shipped on that client's board, drafts the update in your voice and leaves it for you to review and send.

When it runs

Every week, on the day and time you set, one card per client.

How it goes

  1. 1You set up a weekly routine on the client's project, with a spend cap.
  2. 2The routine starts a card on schedule and assigns it to Afarin.
  3. 3Afarin reads the cards that shipped since the last update, the client's Wiki, and any Drive files you point it to.
  4. 4Afarin drafts the update as a document on the card: what shipped, what is next, what needs the client's answer.
  5. 5The card waits in review with a handoff and what the run cost.

What comes back

Sample output, written for this page

Northwind: week of 6 October

Shipped: the October newsletter (sent Tuesday, 41% open rate), two landing page variants for the webinar. Next: the webinar follow-up sequence, drafted by Thursday. Needs you: approve the speaker bio by Wednesday so the page can go live.

What you review

  • The facts: every shipped item links back to its card.
  • The tone, before it goes to a client.
  • What needs the client's answer, so nothing waits on you by accident.

What a run costs

We will publish the cost of a typical run once we have measured it in our own workspace. Until then: every run is estimated before it starts, stops at the caps you set, and shows what it cost on the card.

What it uses

  • Boards and Wiki (built in)
  • Google Drive, if you connect it and grant Afarin access

The first month

  • Week 1: one client, one routine. You edit the draft and the Wiki learns the format.
  • Week 2–4: add the other clients. Each project keeps its own Wiki, so one client's context stays out of another's update.
