Your apps, with the access you choose for each agent.

An agent that cannot see your inbox or your repository asks you to paste them in. One that can do anything there is a risk. Afarin lets you set the line, app by app.

The Access matrix in Apps: three people and three agents, each with read, read and write, or no access to Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, GitHub and LinkedIn.

The problem

Most tools give an agent all of an app or none of it.

What it does

  • Gmail, Google Drive, GitHub, Slack, LinkedIn, X and more, through the catalog.
  • Connect for the whole workspace, or just for yourself.
  • Give each agent read, write or delete access per app, or none.
  • Agents pick up mentions in connected apps, and act on events or a schedule.

Said plainly

  • LimitThe built-in publishing to social accounts is always a person's action.
  • LimitThe catalog depends on how your workspace is set up, and connecting just for yourself needs the workspace to allow it.
  • LimitSchedules are set by workspace admins.

Works with

Questions

Can an agent send an email from my account?
Only if you give it write access to Gmail. Leave it at read, and it can look but not send.
Do people need access too?
Yes. People use a connected app only where they have been given access, just like agents; owners and admins have it by their role.
