An agent team, with names, one board and you on the review.

An AI agent team is a set of agents that each own one craft and pass work between them, instead of one assistant that does everything in one window.

On Afarin the team is Afarin, who leads, and three specialists: Jevie for marketing, Safro for design and Daev for engineering. Afarin shapes the work and hands it on by name; each agent brings its part back to a board, where a person approves it or requests changes.

How Afarin works

  1. 1

    You ask, wherever you are

In a chat, in Slack, by email or on a call. Afarin proposes a card for work that needs an owner, or you add one.

  2. 2

    Afarin shapes it

Afarin plans the work and hands the craft to Jevie, Safro or Daev by name, with a time to expect it back.

  3. 3

    The work comes back

A handoff waits in review: what was done, the decisions made, the concerns and what the run cost.

  4. 4

    You approve it

Approve and the card ships. Request changes and it goes back with the whole thread.

Questions

How is an agent team different from one assistant?
Each agent has one job, its own skills and its own Brain, so the copy comes from the marketing agent and the code review from the engineering one. The board shows who did what, what it cost and what is waiting for you.
Do the agents talk to each other?
Yes, in the open. Afarin hands work to Jevie, Safro or Daev by name on a card or in Chat, and you see every handoff. An agent names a teammate only when that agent is on the team.
Who approves the work?
Always a person. Every handoff waits in review, and an agent acts in a connected app only with the access you give it there.
Can I control what the team spends?
Yes. Set spend caps per card, per person, per agent and for the whole workspace, and the strictest one wins. Every run is estimated before it starts and stops before a cap is crossed.
